TekArtis provides high level network solutions and architecture to small and medium businesses. Following a brand strategy process, we have formed a strategic positioning statement that all subsequent identity elements were based on.
Size and dominance have seen the large established players of the ISP market rely on their reputation and lose focus on their service and quality. The smaller challengers seemed to be playing the numbers game and riding on the coattails purely for profit. As a new-comer, how could TekArtis create a brand that stood out in a category that seemed to have only two ways to talk about itself?
Following a strategic brand workshop we identified a powerful insight: TekArtis seemed to be uniquely positioned to create bespoke, almost artful solutions, growing alongside their customers, and having the ability to scale up or down, as the customers’ needs changed. That positioning and the fundamental idea of ‘the art of technology’ – creating bespoke outcome–focused solutions through the collaborative process of learning and analysing the clients’ unique challenges, helped to create a voice and visual identity that clearly differentiates it in a crowded category.
